CCG GWYNEDD FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

We are proud to announce on Friday 28th October we signed a 4 year framework agreement with Apollo for the refurbishment of the Gwynedd Councils housing stock.

We are commencing to carry out Kitchen and Bathrooms improvement works to all the qualifying properties throughout Gwynedd. This very exciting project is a number of improvement scheme’s that are raising the standards of council owned properties throughout England and Wales.

After signing this contract to Plasterboard and Plaster this 157 apartment complex I am pleased to announce that we are finishing on Wednesday 17 August 2 weeks ahead of schedule and in budget.

I would like to thank all the people concerned in this spectacular project and all of the other tradesmen, its been a pleasure to have worked along side you all and good luck in your future projects.

The weather is getting warmer as we drift away from one of the coldest Decembers in 120 years, what is happening to our once predictable seasons.

Global warming is a definate threat as the ice caps continue to melt and more and more of the flat land is under water. We are told to expect another ice age period within the next 150,000 years.

In the meantime its still up to us to protect our Mother Earth and do our bit, All of the oceans and all the rivers and lakes in our world only amount to 2% of the retained water in the earths core if this spewed out and was dislodged in to our oceans they would rise 70 foot above Mount Everest, Mother Nature is like a well balanced scale, tip it to far in the wrong direction and it will have devastating effects.

NWFacilities specializes in New build construction and property refurbishment and is currently under way in converting the famous sherrif of Anglesey,s home made famous by the Massey sisters in to eight luxary Apartments. The histirical building used as a former Hotel in the sixties was revamped and rescued from the elements and is being transferred in to a beautiful development sympathetically preservered to it’s former glory.

Worst December in 110 Years

After battling the worst snow in many years and the worst December in 110 years, it looks like we are resuming back to normal winter conditions. Our Gritting crews have been working all throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays and we have made major capital investment in newer and larger winter de iceing Machinery and equipment and are more geared up for our Car Parks and larger scale industrial and commercial sites.
